How many of you have ever wished that there is way to attach or insert any notes or comments to a MS Outlook email after it has been sent? Or associate a note with an email that you received?
I know I have.
This is the scenario.
Let’s say I received an email from person A. The email requires me to discuss the matter with person B who is currently on sick-leave and I am not sure when he will be back.
